Cold Room

Cold storages used across the food sector and beyond require regular maintenance to ensure proper operation and avoid costly breakdowns. Regular maintenance extends the life of the cold storage and keeps operating costs low.

The periodical maintenance schedule recommended to cold storage owners is 4 times a year — 2 heavy maintenance visits in spring and autumn and 2 standard visits.

VRF Units

VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is an air conditioning system where more than one indoor unit is controlled by a single outdoor unit. The system controls refrigerant flow based on changing capacity needs — from a multi-storey office to a single villa.

VRF systems come in two types: Heat Recovery VRF (simultaneous heating and cooling) and Heat Pump VRF (heating or cooling only). Successfully used in offices, shopping centres, luxury apartments, hotels and restaurants.

Air Conditioning

Regular AC maintenance is important to protect health, provide comfort and save energy. Unmaintained air conditioners can harbour bacteria (including Legionella pneumophila in large systems), worsen allergies, and consume far more energy than properly serviced units.

A bill of £100 can reduce to £55–60 with proper maintenance. We install Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Toshiba and Panasonic. All systems are heat-load calculated, pressure-tested, vacuumed and gas-charged before handover.

Precision AC — Data Centres

Precision air conditioning (Emerson/Vertiv and similar) maintains constant temperature, humidity and filtered air in server rooms, data centres and network rooms. These systems consist of an internal circuit (command centre) and external circuit (cooling unit).

Our team controls and monitors data centre environments, eliminates problems before they become costly, and ensures efficiency. Hard-to-detect issues are identified with pre-discovery work.
