Modern Slavery Statement
Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our commitment
OCSCompany Ltd. has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. As a small business below the £36m threshold for mandatory disclosure under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this voluntary statement to set out the steps we take to prevent slavery in our operations and supply chain.
Our business
OCSCompany provides property maintenance services to homeowners, landlords and small commercial clients across Berkshire, South Bucks and West Surrey.
Our team
Every member of the team is paid at or above the Real Living Wage, holds the right to work in the UK, and has a clean DBS check on file. Sub-contracted tradespeople sign a code-of-conduct agreement covering fair pay, safe working hours and prohibition of any form of forced labour.
Our suppliers
We source materials and parts from established UK builders' merchants and trade suppliers. Where we use small contractors, we verify their right-to-work documentation and insurance before any work is allocated.
Reporting concerns
Anyone — employee, contractor, customer or member of the public — can report concerns confidentially to info@ocscompany.co.uk. Reports are investigated promptly and without retaliation.
This statement is reviewed annually.
