Yes — a one-hour minimum call-out which covers travel and the first hour of work. After that we charge in 30-minute increments.
That's exactly what the service is built for. Send a list ahead (photos help) and we batch the right tools and parts so a typical 4–6 item snag list finishes inside a half-day slot.
Common consumables (silicone, screws, plasterboard plugs, picture hooks, batteries) are on the van. Specific items (specific paint colours, specific door handles) we'll either pick up or you can supply.
Saturday morning slots are part of the standard schedule. Sunday and bank holiday work is available on emergency rates by arrangement.
