We carry the common parts on the van: washers, ceramic discs, isolators, flexi-pipes and pop-up wastes. Most jobs are sorted in one visit. For bigger work (a bathroom rip-out, a full pipework rerun, a hot-water cylinder swap) you get a written, fixed-price quote before any spanners come out.

For burst pipes, mains leaks and total loss of water we attend within 2 hours during the working day. Out-of-hours emergency rates apply 6pm–8am and on Sundays.
Often a worn cartridge or ceramic disc is enough — we carry the common parts and a tap repair is typically 20–40 minutes on site. For corroded older taps we'll quote both repair and replacement so you can choose.
Acoustic listening sticks, thermal imaging and pressure-decay testing — all non-invasive. Once located we open the smallest amount of plaster needed, fix the leak and (with your sign-off) make good behind us.
Yes — manual rodding, high-pressure jetting and CCTV survey. We'll send the CCTV footage by WhatsApp afterwards so you can see what was cleared.
Our plumbers work to WIAS / WRAS standards on all incoming mains and stop-cock installations. Where required we issue a WaterSafe completion certificate.
