Kitchens and bathrooms are where every trade meets. Plumbers, electricians, tilers, carpenters and decorators all need to land on the right day. Our crew does it under one project manager, so you are not the one chasing five tradespeople round the houses.
One new worktop or a full kitchen rip-out and refit. You get one schedule, one point of contact and one invoice. We work with off-the-shelf kitchens (Howdens, Wickes, Magnet, B&Q) and bespoke joinery alike.

We come and look at the job (or take photos by message) and send a fixed-price written quote — usually within 24 hours.

Book & prepare
Pick a date that suits you. We confirm materials, parking and access in writing the day before so the morning runs to time.

Trades-led, dust-managed and tidy. Gas Safe / NICEIC / F-Gas certifications on the right jobs.

Sign off & guarantee
Final walk-around with you, photos for landlord / management paperwork, certificates issued same day, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

7 to 10 working days for a standard family bathroom — strip-out, plumbing reroute, tiling, fittings and second-fix. Layout changes and bespoke joinery extend the timeline; we put a day-by-day plan on the quote so you know what's happening when.
Either works. We have trade accounts at Howdens, Wickes, Magnet and Plumbase, often saving you the retail markup. If you've already bought the units we'll fit them and quote the labour separately.
Yes — every kitchen and bathroom project is delivered under a single project manager, with our own plumbers, tilers, joiners and Part P-registered electricians coordinated on the same schedule. One invoice, one point of contact.
Yes — including 600×1200mm, 1200×2400mm porcelain slabs and book-matched marble. Specialist suction equipment, twin-bed adhesive system and laser-levelled installation. Floor and wall, indoor and outdoor.
12-month workmanship warranty on the install, plus the manufacturer warranties on the units themselves (Howdens kitchens carry 25 years on cabinetry, for example). Tiling, plumbing and electrics all guaranteed for 12 months as standard.
