Terms of Service
The terms on which OCSCompany provides quotes and services.
1. Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and are based on the information you provide. If site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will issue a revised quote before any chargeable work proceeds.
2. Payment
Domestic jobs are payable on completion by card, contactless or bank transfer. Landlords and managing agents are offered 14-day credit terms once an account is set up.
3. Workmanship guarantee
All installation work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately.
4. Cancellation
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the slot at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a £45 admin fee where the slot cannot be back-filled.
5. Liability
OCSCompany Ltd. carries £5,000,000 public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss arising from issues outside our control (e.g. supplier failure, delivery delay) but will always do our best to mitigate.
