The focus is minor electrical works. Anything that is Part P notifiable is carried out by a registered partner who issues the proper paperwork. Every job ends with a quick functional test and a tidy finish. No trailing cables, no chipped paint, no surprises on the invoice.

If we spot anything that needs a registered electrician, such as a consumer unit replacement, a full rewire or an EICR, we say so before any work starts and bring in a partner who issues the correct certificate. No half-finished jobs and no shortcuts.

Yes — all certified electrical work is carried out by a Part P registered electrician. We issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) or a Minor Works Certificate as the job requires, and notify Building Control automatically.
Yes — we install OCPP-compatible chargers (7kW and 22kW) for residential and small business use, and we can advise on the OZEV grant where it still applies. Pre-wiring assessments are part of the free quote.
Yes — landlord EICRs are scheduled for a single visit, with the certificate issued the same day by email. We also fix any C1/C2 faults flagged in the report on the same trip where stock allows.
For total power loss, exposed live wires, or burning smell from a socket we aim to be on site within 2 hours during the working day. Out-of-hours emergency rates apply between 6pm and 8am.
A modern 18th-edition compliant consumer unit with RCBO protection on every circuit, an installation certificate, Building Control notification, and basic earth-bonding upgrade if needed. Quoted as a single fixed price.
