We hold key sets, work to a written tenant-comms protocol, and send a single PDF report (with photos) after every visit. Annual gas safety, EICR, EPC and PAT can all be bundled into one visit and one invoice. Landlord packages start from £35 per month per property.

    Trades-led, dust-managed and tidy. Gas Safe / NICEIC / F-Gas certifications on the right jobs.

    Sign off & guarantee

    Final walk-around with you, photos for landlord / management paperwork, certificates issued same day, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

A fixed monthly fee covers a quarterly inspection, gutters and seals checked, smoke/CO alarms tested, plus discounted hourly rates on any reactive work. From £35/month per property — the more properties you have, the lower the per-property rate.
