Name, email, phone, postcode, and any free-text details you submit when requesting a quote or booking a job. Server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) are retained for 30 days for security purposes.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule the job, issue an invoice, and (where applicable) send required certificates. We do not sell or share your data with marketing third-parties.
4. Retention
Quote enquiries are kept for 12 months. Completed-job records are kept for 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data under UK GDPR. Email info@ocscompany.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
