Gas work is regulated work, and it should be. Our Gas Safe registered engineers cover boiler servicing, gas safety inspections, radiator installation and routine repairs across the Wokingham, Reading and wider Berkshire corridor, with the certification landlords and insurers expect to see.
We service every major boiler brand (Worcester, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, Viessmann) and carry common parts on the van. Diverter valves, pumps, fans, PCBs. Most fixes happen on the first visit. For landlords we run a scheduled annual gas safety check (CP12) with auto-reminders, so you never miss a renewal.

Yes — every gas job is performed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer with the appropriate ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 etc.). The engineer's ID card is shown on arrival.
Annually for combi and system boilers, regardless of age. A landlord property must have an annual Gas Safety Check (CP12) by law. We'll send automatic reminders 30 days before the due date.
Like-for-like replacements are usually completed in a single working day. A new install with relocated flue, magnetic system filter and full power-flush takes 2–3 days. We protect floors, supply a new filter and issue Benchmark + Building Control notification on completion.
Yes — single radiators, full system rebalances, and wet underfloor heating with new manifolds. We power-flush the system on every install to protect manufacturer warranties.
Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm and Viessmann are stocked. We hold accredited installer status with the major brands so warranties of 7–12 years are available depending on model.
